I'm embarrassed to say this but my run time sucks. Right now I can do 10 pull ups, 90 crunches but my 1.5 mile time is around 14 minutes. I feel awful the whole time I'm running and I usually throw up at the end. Are there any specific running plans to help me out?

Before we talk about specific running plans, can you tell me how often and at what distances you are running? What does your current plan look like and how long have you been following it?
